Peel and halve the onions, cut into slices and add to the pan. Reduce the heat to the second lowest level.
Peel the garlic, chop it very finely or press it, add. Cut the tomatoes into slices, dice and add. Halve the leek, cut into fine slices, add, mix everything in well and season with the spices.
Beat the egg with the spices, condensed milk and parsley in a small bowl and pour over the vegetables in the pan.
Put the lid on and let it set for about 15 minutes at the same heat.
After the cooking time, carefully slide the vegetable and egg mixture onto a plate and enjoy.
