Instructions
- Peel and slice the onions and press them apart into rings.
- Peel and cut the apples into eighths, then cut the eighths into small slices.
- Heat the oil in the pan, but don`t let it get too hot, add the onion rings and sauté until translucent. Now add the prepared apples and let the whole thing smuggle over a medium to low flame. Keep stirring as you don`t want the whole thing to fry too much.
- Now season with salt and pepper.
- The vegetables should still have a light bite, but no longer taste raw.
- Finally, add the butter done.
