Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
  2. Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the low-fat quark and carefully fold into the egg whites.
  3. Spread the mixture in 6 or 8 even piles on baking paper / baking sheet. Sprinkle the spice on top as desired.
  4. Bake the oopsies for 25-30 minutes at 150 degrees.
  5. Tip: You can also use the dough as pizza dough or for kebab bread!
  6. Season the chicken on both sides with paprika and stew in water. (Fat and oil are forbidden during the treatment!)
  7. Take the burgers out of the oven and coat the inside with a thin layer of tomato paste. Then top the burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onions and the chicken as desired.
