Peel and quarter the jacket potatoes. Wash the spring onions and cut into rolls. Peel the garlic and cut very finely.
Now grease a wide baking dish or a deep oven pan and add the potato quarters. Top with the light of the spring onions, the Knofi slices (or cubes) and the ham cubes on top. Season everything with salt, pepper, marjoram, caraway seeds and chilli.
Then whisk the cream with the cream cheese and egg and season with salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the potato, onion and ham mixture in the baking dish. Finally, spread the grated cheese on top. Now place the mold in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and is golden yellow.
Serve with a mixed salad. This is great for processing the green of the spring onions.
