Instructions

  1. Mix the vinegar, oil, yogurt, mustard, honey, salt and pepper in the salad bowl. Season to taste and add more of the ingredients to taste.
  2. Cut the lettuce into small pieces and wash, then add small plucked to the dressing. Cut off the entire peel of the oranges, then divide them into wedges and cut them into small pieces again, add to the salad. Also cut the avocados into small pieces, ideally halve, remove the core and cut in the skin, the pieces can then be easily pushed out and into the salad bowl by turning the skin inside out.
  3. Either roast the pumpkin seeds in a pan without oil or put them in a cup in the microwave for a short time so that the seeds are warm, but not too long, otherwise they will burn.
  4. Pour the pumpkin seeds over the salad and mix everything together.
