Instructions

  1. Peel and fillet the orange and cut through the wedges again. Put in a bowl with the leaked orange juice. Squeeze half a lemon. Peel the banana. Cut into small pieces and immediately drizzle with the lemon juice so that they do not turn brown. Add the banana pieces to the orange pieces, season with a good tablespoon of honey and stir gently.
  2. Now, generously or as desired, spread a few dabs of yoghurt on the salad and sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar. If desired, you can also sprinkle a handful of muesli, caramelized oat flakes or brittle on top.
  3. This vitamin-rich fruit salad also goes very well with breakfast.
