Instructions

  1. Let the orange jam melt in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the ginger, orange juice and balsamic vinegar. Then gradually beat in the oil and season the dressing with salt, pepper and sugar to taste sweet and sour. Wash the lemon balm, pat dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Finely chop the leaves and stir into the dressing.
  2. Goes well with mixed leaf salads with radishes, cucumber and onions.
