Instructions

  1. Peel the orange, remove the stones, cut the pulp into pieces. Peel and chop ginger. Puree the orange together with the ginger, lime juice and yoghurt in a blender. Sweeten to taste.
  2. Tip: Find the ideal amount of ginger by trying it out.
  3. If the mixer is not as powerful and parts of the orange separators remain, pass the juice through a sieve.
