Make a dough from the first 4 ingredients and let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
Roll out the marzipan between cling film, also the size of the dough.
Spread the apricot jam very thinly on the dough, then place the marzipan blanket on top and roll up from the long side. Cut the roll into 1-1.5 cm wide slices and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 12-14 minutes.
