Instructions

  1. Finely rub the peel of the oranges and squeeze out at least 150 ml of juice. Melt the sugar over medium heat to form a light brown caramel. Carefully add the orange juice and simmer over low heat until the caramel is dissolved. Add the Grand Marnier and orange peel, bring to the boil again and reduce to a low heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Tastes great with my panna cotta à l`orange.
