Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Using the flour and the other ingredients (except for the chocolate icing), prepare a shortcrust pastry one after the other. The dough can be prepared by hand or with a food processor. Shape the dough into a 2 cm thick roll and cut into 1 cm thick pieces. Shape the dough pieces into rolls and then bend them into croissants and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Push into the middle of the preheated pipe. Baking time approx. 10 - 12 minutes.
Let the croissants cool down well and then decorate with the chocolate icing.
