Instructions

  1. Soil preparation:
  2. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the juice and the grated zest of the orange, then add the flour, cornstarch and saffron. Stir until smooth and place in a tart pan greased with butter and dusted with flour.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Take it out and let it cool down.
  4. Topping preparation:
  5. Peel, fillet and cut the oranges into fine pieces. Prepare the pudding powder according to the instructions on the package, but with 375 ml milk. Add the butter and orange pieces to the finished pudding and mix.
  6. Apply the pudding to the cooled base and let it cool.
  7. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and spread it on the tart.
