Squeeze 2 oranges, then season the juice with the cinnamon. Keep the bowl.
Whip the cream and egg whites individually until stiff. Add the egg white to the orange juice and slowly fold in. Then add the cream, sugar and vanilla sugar and fold in. Add the pulp of the remaining orange and the grated peel. Spread the cream in dessert bowls and put in the fridge for an hour.
Garnish with a dollop of natural yoghurt, grated orange peel and a hint of cinnamon.
