A small piece of ginger - you can add more or less as you like - into small strips and then cut into small cubes (if you like, you can rub the ginger in).
Melt the butter in the pan. Add orange juice and sour cream and bring to the boil. Then shift down. Add ginger, cayenne pepper and oregano and simmer for 2 minutes.
If you like it less runny, you should add a little light-colored sauce binder.
Serve with turkey, rice and glazed carrots. A tasty and quick dish.
