teaspoons jam (orange jam) or apricot jam

pinch orange peel, untreated, rubbed

pinches ginger powder

pinch (s) cinnamon
possibly honey
possibly roasted sesame

Instructions
Mix the yogurt, jam, orange peel, ginger and cinnamon together well. If required, add about 1 teaspoon of honey and stir in.
Before serving, add a few toasted sesame seeds over the yoghurt.
