Instructions

  1. Wash the oranges and lemons and cut into very fine cubes with the peel. Put in a large saucepan with the water. Bring to the boil, then turn down the temperature and simmer with the lid closed for about 1.5 hours.
  2. Then add the two types of sugar and stir in until they have melted. Bring to the boil again and simmer until the jam is finished (takes about 1-2 hours). Skim off the foam and let the jam stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Then fill into prepared, sterile jars and close tightly.
  4. Lasts 3 to 4 months.
