Pour sugar into a saucepan and pour 300 ml of water into it.
Remove the zest from a quarter of the lemon and add it to the water. Put on low heat, bring to a boil, then increase heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the syrup into a jug and refrigerate until it cools completely.
Cut the orange into slices. Put them in a jug of cooled syrup.
Pour orange juice into a jug, mix everything thoroughly. Add a few ice cubes to the non-alcoholic jug.
The refreshing non-alcoholic punch is ready! You can serve it to the table! If you want to make orange lemonade, then dilute the resulting drink in a glass with mineral water in a 1: 1 ratio.
