Instructions

  1. Halve the oranges and extract the juice.
  2. Remove the banana from the peel and break into smaller pieces. Halve the mango and remove the pulp with a spoon.
  3. Put the juice and the remaining ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker.
  4. Then enjoy. Good for in between.
