Instructions

  1. Peel the orange and pull out the pulp from between the skins. Peel and core the pear, dice it and put it in a mixing bowl with the orange flesh. Add the chopped ginger and fill up with orange and apple juice. Peel and core the apple and add finely chopped to the remaining fruit.
  2. Crush everything with a hand blender until the desired, easily drinkable consistency is achieved. If the smoothie is still too creamy, mix in some additional juice.
  3. With this amount of ginger, the drink is no longer mild - if you don`t like that, please only use half of the ginger.
  4. The indicated amount of fruit and juice results in a drinking amount of 150 ml for 2 glasses. The smoothie contains approx. 125 Kcal per glass.
