Remove 10 tablespoons of the orange juice and mix with the custard powder, sugar and lemon peel aroma. Bring the remaining orange juice to a boil. Remove from the hob and stir in the pudding powder mixture. Then let it boil once.
Place 3 tangerine wedges in each of 8 glass bowls and fill with the pudding. Let it cool down and put 1 tangerine wedge on each serving.
