Boil the eggs hard, then peel them and cut them in half. Peel the oranges and cut them into slices. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Cut the olives into slices. Clean the romaine lettuce and pluck it into pieces.
Peel and chop the garlic. Mix the vinegar, salt, pepper, oil, paprika powder, sugar and garlic together.
Place the orange slices on a plate. Mix the tuna, eggs, onions and lettuce with the marinade and spread over the oranges.
