Instructions

  1. Peel and fillet or slice the oranges. Catch the juice. Cut the stollen into slices or cubes and cover the bottom of a dish with it. Soak the stollen layer with orange juice. If you like, you can also mix some orange liqueur into the juice. Put the oranges on top of the stollen layer.
  2. For the cream, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix the quark with the sour cream and sugar. Fold in the cream and pour on the orange layer.
  3. Chill for at least an hour and then sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles or cocoa.
