I processed my last small yellow and larger orange tomatoes from the garden.
Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Remove the stem and core from the apples and chop them up a little. Remove the stem from the chilli peppers and do not chop them. Halve or quarter the large tomatoes.
Now put all the tomatoes, onions, garlic, apples and chilli in a saucepan and cook them open for about 30 minutes. Since I put all my mini tomatoes in the pot, I occasionally put a potato masher in the pot and chop them up.
First, fish the 2 chilli peppers out of the mass. Give everything to Lotte through the fleet. The mixture is now put back in a saucepan with the sugar, salt, vinegar and allspice and is reduced by half in approx. 40 minutes (simmer openly).
Then add the pepper, cinnamon and cloves to taste and pour everything hot into glasses or bottles. From this amount I got almost 5 small glasses (approx. 220 ml content).
