Instructions

  1. Wash the oranges with hot water and dry them. Peel the peel from half an orange thinly with the peeler. Squeeze out all the juice.
  2. Put the zest and juice in a sterile container. Top up with the vinegar. Leave to stand in the refrigerator for 48 hours, then pour through a filter bag.
  3. Lasts about 3 weeks.
