Instructions

  1. The oranges are peeled and filleted.
  2. Arrange the oranges decoratively and slightly overlapping on a plate. Drizzle with orange blossom water. Cover the oranges well with foil and let them cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. Sprinkle the oranges with powdered sugar and cardamom before serving. A fine dessert.
  4. Lichine ma Zhar is served in Morocco as a sweet salad with cinnamon, approx. 1/8 teaspoon.
