Instructions

  1. Beat the margarine, sugar, a pinch of salt, orange peel and eggs until frothy. Add flour and baking powder. Fold in the mandarins and pour the batter into a greased 24 cm cup cake tin.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Bake the cake for about 50 minutes (stick test). If it browns too much, cover with a little baking paper.
  3. After cooling, dust with powdered sugar.
