Instructions

  1. Mix the egg yolks with the vanilla sugar and the powdered sugar for about 10 minutes, then add the whipped cream. Beat another 7 - 8 minutes.
  2. Finally add the orange peel and the brandy, and finally beat again for 3 minutes. The whole thing makes about 1/2 liter and keeps refrigerated for about 3 weeks.
