Instructions
Peel the oranges carefully and remove the fillets. Layer with the pistachio nuts in a sealable glass. Boil the rock candy in water until it has dissolved. Mix the cooled sugar mixture with rum and fill the glass with it.
Let the fruits steep for about 4 weeks.
