- Peel the oranges, removing the white skin as well.
- Then fillet all the oranges and collect the juice.
- Mix the sour cream, sugar and buttermilk until creamy. Add the collected juice and stir in nicely.
- Crumble biscuits. Alternate the fillets with the biscuit crumbs and the sour cream in 4 glasses.
- Finish the top with 3 fillets each and some biscuit crumbs.
