Instructions

  1. Make a firm, smooth dough from the ingredients and let it rest for 1/2 hour.
  2. Then cut into fist-sized pieces and form elongated rolls as thick as a finger. Cut the roll into thin slices and make an indentation in each slice with your thumb.
  3. Either dry and store, or use immediately. Broccoli vegetables go well with it.
