Instructions

  1. Let the blueberries thaw. Be sure to keep the resulting juice! Twist the biscuits apart and scrape off the cream with a knife.
  2. Mix the inside of the biscuits with the juice of half a lemon and 2 tablespoons of sugar until it has dissolved (takes a while). Then add the cream cheese and stir everything thoroughly.
  3. Beat the cream with a tablespoon of sugar with the hand mixer until stiff (I like to use Cremefine for whipping because of the lower fat content, but you can of course also use normal cream).
  4. Carefully fold the cream into the cream cheese mixture so that the mixture becomes as fluffy as possible.
  5. Crumble the biscuits into large pieces and place in 4 dessert glasses - keep 1 biscuit for the garnish. Then drizzle the biscuit pieces with the blueberry juice and spread the blueberries on top. The cream cheese cream is then poured on top and then the remaining biscuit crumbs are added on top.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
