Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar at room temperature until everything is creamy. Sift the flour over it and mix in. The chocolate chips can now be folded in. If you want the biscuits less sweet, you can leave out the chocolate.
  3. The oreos are chopped up in a food processor. Place the cookie crumbs in a shallow bowl. Small balls with a diameter of about 2 cm are now formed from the cheese mass. The mass is very soft, but it doesn`t have to be perfect balls. Roll these in the oreo crumbs to stabilize the balls. Press the balls flat and place them on a baking sheet with baking paper. In total there should be about 16 pieces. Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes.
