Instructions

  1. Mash 20 complete biscuits for the base. The best way to do this is with a mortar. Heat the 50 g butter in a saucepan until it has melted and mix with the biscuit crumbs in a bowl. Then put the mixture in a springform pan greased with butter, smooth it out with a spoon and press it down lightly as a base.
  2. For the filling, put the quark, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and eggs in a bowl, then mix everything well with a mixer. Put the finished mixture in the springform pan and smooth it out.
  3. You now cover the surface with oreo halves (as many as fit on top). To do this, simply twist the biscuits apart.
  4. Now the cake is placed in the oven at 150 ° C (convection) on the penultimate rack for 40 - 50 minutes and then in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. You always eat the cake slightly chilled.
  5. Since I always make the cake in a springform pan, I always have a bit of the base, the filling and the biscuits left over for the decoration. I still bake mini oreo cheesecakes in my silicone muffin cups.
