Instructions

1. Mix the quark with milk, sugar, some cherry juice from the glass and the desired amount of cherries until creamy.
2. In dessert glasses, first roughly crumble 3 biscuits and drizzle with a little cherry juice from the glass. Now add the cherry quark and another layer of biscuit crumbs and layer as much as you like. Garnish with cherries, biscuits and cherry juice.
