• 250 g mascarpone
• 250 g quark (20%)
• 150 g natural yourt
• 2 tablespoon cream or milk
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 10 biscuit (s) (oreo)
• 500 g strawberries
• 50 g chocolate, white

Instructions

1. Mix the mascarpone, quark, yoghurt, cream and sugar until smooth. Crumble in the biscuits and pour the mixture into a bowl.
2. Wash the strawberries, cut them into small pieces and add them to the mascarpone cream. Grate the white chocolate on top.
