Crumble 1 packet of oreo biscuits in a bowl. This works very well with the potato masher. Mix the mascarpone, sugar and vanilla. Whip the cream until stiff and stir in. Caramelize the almonds with the brown sugar in a pan. Meanwhile, pour half of the mascarpone mixture onto the oreo biscuits and spread the raspberries on top. Then crumble the second pack of oreo biscuits and sprinkle over the raspberries. Pour the remaining mascarpone over it.
Melt a little Nutella and spread over the cream. Then sprinkle the caramelized almond slivers over the top.
It is best to put the dessert in the refrigerator again for at least 2 hours.
