Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté the onions, squeeze in the garlic. Add minced lamb (or minced beef) and fry until crumbly. Deglaze with the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper, cumin and cinnamon. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the romaine lettuce into strips. Heat the tortillas in the oven and brush with 1 tablespoon of tahini each. Spread the mince and lettuce on top and wrap.
