  1. Check the meat again for tendons, fat and large pieces. Sear it in a hot pan with very hot oil until it browns a little. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Dissolve meat stock in water and add. So that the meat and onions deglaze. Sprinkle the sliced bananas. Fold in the chopped almonds. Stir in tomato paste. Scatter raisins. Pour in the cream in a circular stirring motion, then add the yellow curry powder and the remaining ingredients. When everything is mixed, let the whole thing simmer for about 1 hour on a low flame. Keep the lid closed so that too much water does not evaporate. Stir every now and then and enjoy the scent. About 15 minutes before the cooking time, add the basmati or fragrant rice to boiling, salted water. Decorate the rice from the colander on the plate with a cup and serve the beef in an oriental style. A light, subtle red wine or just a gentle mineral or table water is recommended with the meal.
