Instructions

  1. Drain the chickpeas and place in a bowl. Wash the parsley and mint, roughly chop and add to the chickpeas. Cut the tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, spring onions, onions and mushrooms into pieces and add them as well. Now finely chop the garlic and chilli (for everyone who likes this spicy) and mix everything well.
  2. Add a little vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and season with paprika powder and coriander. Above all, there should be a little more of the coriander, so that you can taste it really nicely, it gives the whole thing together with the mint a fresh and exotic touch.
  3. If you still have a lime or lemon on hand, you can add its juice, it tastes a bit better.
