Instructions
Wash rice, cook until done.
Wash, clean, quarter and cut the leek and carrots. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. season with salt, curry and cinnamon. Add the leek and carrots. Pour in some water and simmer for approx. 10 minutes.
Fold in rice and season.
