Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Finely dice the peppers as well.
Heat the olive oil in a deep pan and fry the minced meat in it. Add onion, garlic and diced paprika and sauté. Add the cinnamon, paprika powder, cumin, salt and pepper and deglaze with the sherry. Then add the raisins, almonds and tomato pieces and simmer over a mild heat for 5 - 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with the chopped parsley before serving.
Either rice or crispy flatbread and salad go well with it, but this aromatic ragout also goes well with spaghetti.
