Instructions

  1. Cook the rice almost cooked in salted water as usual. Chop the garlic and onion. Fry the minced meat in the oil until crumbly, add the garlic and onion. Pour in the red wine and let it boil down a little.
  2. Add tomatoes and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme and cinnamon. Season very strongly, as the rice swallows a lot of flavor. Mix the rice with the mince sauce and pour into a baking dish. Pour cream over them and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 225 degrees for about 35 - 40 minutes. This includes cucumber salad.
