Instructions

  1. Boil the rice. Meanwhile, fry the finely chopped garlic cloves, onions, chilli and paprika in olive oil. Add spices and rice, season with salt and pepper. Mix in the herbs and chickpeas (canned or soaked) and heat for three minutes.
  2. Warm the lemon juice and zest with the broth, add the yoghurt. Serve the rice with the warm yogurt sauce.
