Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the vegetables. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and let the onions become translucent. Add the meat strips and fry well. Add the water and vegetables and let everything simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Season the witch pan with the spices, garlic and tomato paste. Finally stir in the crème fraiche.
  3. Tip: It is no longer original, but it doesn`t matter - marinate the meat briefly with soy sauce and paprika powder, so it becomes nice and tender.
