Instructions

  1. The evening before, distribute the oat flakes between two bowls and add the berries and raisins or sultanas. If we still have some, add a few chopped cashews or almonds. Then pour the milk over it, enough to flood the whole mass. Now sprinkle at least 1 tablespoon of cinnamon over the mixture in each bowl and plenty of Pul Biber. If you want, you can add some sea salt. Then stir well once.
  2. Let the mixture steep overnight; the liquid is absorbed by the oatmeal, which causes it to swell.
  3. After getting up, quickly divide an apple with the apple cutter or cut into small pieces with the knife, cut the banana into slices and pour both over the porridge. Stir and enjoy.
  4. Not only does it taste sweet, but thanks to the cinnamon, salt and chilli flakes it is a real kick starter that combines all flavors and consistencies.
  5. If we want a little more sweetness, we add a teaspoon of maple syrup. And if you have to go fast again, take the lid on the bowl and into the office.
  6. This breakfast fills you up for a long time and is simply delicious!
