Put the minced meat in a bowl. Finely chop the onions and add to the minced meat. Send black pepper, salt (1.5 teaspoon), and water there. Mix well. Put the minced meat in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cut well-washed potatoes not very coarsely so that the thickness is about 2-3 cm.
Cut sweet peppers into large squares.
Cut the carrots into slices.
Cut the red onion into 2-4 pieces, depending on the size.
Crush the unpeeled garlic with a knife.
Turn on the oven to heat up. Send all vegetables to a bowl.
Add turmeric, thyme, rosemary, salt (1 teaspoon), basil, red chili flakes and vegetable oil to the vegetables. Mix everything well.
Put the vegetables in the mold.
Form cutlets from minced meat.
Place the cutlets on the vegetables.
Add cherry tomatoes and fresh chili.
Cover the form with foil. Send the cutlets with vegetables to the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Remove the foil and bake the meat cutlets with vegetables for another 20 minutes, until tender. If you have minced turkey or chicken, then first you need to bake the vegetables for 30 minutes, and then put the cutlets on top for 30 minutes.
Baked meat cutlets with vegetables are ready. Sprinkle with parsley leaves before serving.
