Meat zrazy are almost ordinary cutlets, but with the addition of filling. You can use different fillings, thus diversifying flavor combinations and turning an ordinary dish into a culinary masterpiece.
If you have not minced meat, but a piece of meat, then it must be rinsed and dried with a paper towel. Then, using a blender or meat grinder, grind the meat along with peeled onions and garlic.
Peel and finely grate the onion and garlic. Soak the bread in milk. After the bread swells, squeeze it out of the milk.
Add chopped onion and garlic to the minced meat, as well as bread squeezed from milk. Salt and pepper.
Mix the minced meat thoroughly and beat it off.
Cooking the filling. Cook eggs in salted water, hard-boiled (8 minutes after boiling water). Cool in cold water, clean. Grate eggs and cheese on a fine grater.
Combine crushed eggs and cheese in a deep bowl. Pass the garlic through a press and add to the filling.
Heat the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds and add to the filling. Mix the filling thoroughly.
We form a ball from the minced meat, and then flatten it into a small cake. Put 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center of the cake. We connect the edges of the cake, forming an oblong cutlet with a filling.
Thus, we form zrazy from all the minced meat and filling.
Cooking batter. Add eggs and salt to the milk.
Add sour cream.
Mix and add flour (50-60 g).
Mix the batter thoroughly.
Roll the zrazy in the remaining flour (50-60 g). Then we spread the zrazy in the batter and dip it on all sides. We turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
We heat vegetable oil in a well-heated frying pan. Fry zrazy on both sides until golden brown.
We shift the fried zrazy into a heat-resistant form and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes (until tender).
