Grease the roasting pan. Cut the meat to the size of goulash cubes. Put in the roasting pan, add a little salt and pepper. Top with peeled, diced onions, drained peas, mushrooms and pineapple. In a large measuring beaker, whisk the cream, curry sauce and chilli sauce over the ingredients. Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil and cook in the preheated oven on the middle shelf at approx. 180 degrees for two hours.
Side dishes (variable) baguette, rice or noodles. Also tastes pure without peas, mushrooms and pineapple. One or all of these additions can be varied or omitted entirely.
