Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes, quench and peel.
  2. Peel and dice the onions. Dice the bacon as well. Then spread both on an oiled drip pan. Fry them in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius until crispy.
  3. Cut the potatoes into slices and mix with the onion and bacon mixture on the dripping pan. Salt and pepper and fry for another 20 minutes.
  4. Mix the eggs with the milk and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour this mixture over the potatoes and let set for 15 minutes. Possibly Turn once after 5 minutes.
  5. Scatter some finely chopped parsley over the finished farmer`s breakfast and serve with pickled cucumbers and, if necessary, smoked ham cubes.
