Halve the peppers, remove the stalk and cut into narrow strips. Peel and chop the onion. Wash the herbs and chop them into small pieces. Cut the feta into small cubes. Mix everything with the chunky tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and spread on a baking sheet.
Clean and salt the salmon fillets and place on top of the vegetables. Top the fish with tomato slices.
Cook in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
